Returning Is Easy as 1-2-3
1. Request your return online.
After your purchase, you’ll receive a link to our easy Returns Portal. Just enter your info, and you’re on your way.
2. Get your RMA number and ship it back.
You’ll receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number right away. Pop it on the outside of your box, drop it in the mail — done.
3. Get your refund.
Once we receive your return, your refund is applied back to your original payment method. Simple as that.
The Fine Print
Return Window: 30 days from the date you receive your order. Any reason, no questions asked.
Restocking Fee: As an FDA-regulated medical device, returned CPAP PRO units must be properly disposed of per federal health regulations and cannot be resold. A 25% restocking fee applies to cover this mandatory disposal cost.
Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued to your original payment method after inspection. Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it.
